Nationally Recognised Training

Is my training recognised nationally? How can i check?

Yes. Advance-Forward training is Nationally Recognised Training. To check if a provider is nationally recognised first look for the symbol:

How can i double check? It is always a good idea to double check an RTO’s status.

First visit https://training.gov.au/ 

Select National Register of VET;

To the right of the page “Quick Search” then “Organisation / RTO” our RTO number is 45256. Click Search;

Displayed is all the required information on the RTO.

NOTE:

Status should be “Current”

Select the “Scope” tab, Displayed is a listing of what states and/or territories will recognise the qualifications and training issued in Australia

What identification do i need?

When enrolling in any course you will require 100 Points of identification:

Evidence Provided Checklist (One must be provided for each category)

□ NZ Passport□ Australian Birth Certificate□ Permanent Residency

Evidence of Queensland Residency

Evidence of Date of Birth

       ** ALL – ID evidence MUST be certified copies or signed and dated by an Authorised person on day of enrolment. **

Entry Requirements

Some courses will have pre-requisite entry requirement/s that will be required to be satisfied with evidence of previous training and/or a prior knowledge questionnaire.

Our courses with pre-requisite entry requirement/s are:

  • Armed Guard Cash in Transit – Pre-requisite entry requirements: CPP30411 – Certificate III in Security Operations including units:
    • CPPSEC3002A – Manage conflict through Negotiation
    • CPPSEC3003A – Determine Response to Security Risk Situation
    • CPPSEC3007A – Maintain security of environment
  • CPPSEC3014A Control Persons Using Baton – Pre-requisite entry requirements: CPP30411 – Certificate III in Security Operations
  • CPPSEC3015A Restrain Persons Using Handcuffs – Pre-requisite entry requirements: CPP30411 – Certificate III in Security Operations
  • CPPSEC3018A Provide for the Safety of Persons at Risk (BodyGuard) – Pre-requisite entry requirements: CPP30411 – Certificate III in Security Operations
  • Crowd Controller Revalidation – Current QLD Security Licence

 

Courses without Pre-requisite entry requirement/s are:

  • CPP30411 – Certificate III in Security Operations
  • CPP20212 – Certificate II in Security Operations
  • HLTAID003 – Provide First Aid
  • HLTAID001 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
